When Ear Cleaning Should Wait
Routine grooming is different from veterinary ear care. If your pet appears to have significant ear pain, swelling, bleeding, unusual discharge, a strong or unusual odor, or another concerning change, veterinary evaluation may be more appropriate before scheduling routine cleaning.
