How it Works?
Before Your Appointment
New clients: A Premier Pet Services team member will contact you to confirm appointment details and learn more about your pet, including temperament, handling considerations, relevant medical information or medications, and property/access instructions when applicable.
Existing clients: Please let us know if your pet's behavior, medical needs, grooming needs, address, or access information has changed.
If your pet has significant matting, skin irritation, wounds, or another condition affecting the area you want trimmed, tell us before the appointment so we can determine whether the requested grooming service is appropriate.

No. This service is intended for targeted areas rather than a complete haircut or major change to your pet's coat.
Can you trim the hair between my dog's paw pads?
Paw and paw pad hair can be included when appropriate for your pet.
Can I combine a hair trim with a bath?
Compatible grooming services can be combined when available. You can also explore our grooming packages if your pet needs several services.
What if my pet has mats?
Let us know before the appointment. Depending on the location and severity of the matting, De-Matting & Heavy Brushing or another grooming service may be more appropriate than a basic hair trim.
