Do you bring the supplies?

Yes, we bring professional tools and pet safe products. If your pet needs a specific shampoo, you can provide it.

Do you perform internal anal gland expression?

No, external expression only. If we suspect impaction or infection, we recommend a veterinary exam.

How long does a grooming visit take

Most basic services take 30 to 75 minutes depending on size, coat, and temperament.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need to be home during the appointment?

Not required as long as we have safe access. First time clients without a meet and greet will get a quick phone call to confirm entry details and pet routines. Please secure pets as needed and provide door or lockbox codes, gate permissions, parking, and any alarm notes.

Are vaccinations or health records required?

Yes, current rabies vaccination is required. Please disclose any medical conditions, skin or ear infections, allergies, or recent surgeries. We may pause or modify services if a condition appears contagious or unsafe and recommend a veterinary visit.
